Brother Voodoo, also known as Doctor Voodoo, is a fictional character appearing in Marvel Comics. Born Jericho Drumm in Haiti, he left his homeland to become a psychologist in America after witnessing his parents' poverty.
Upon learning his twin brother Daniel was dying due to voodoo magic, Jericho returned to Haiti and was trained in the mystic arts by Papa Jambo. During his training, Jericho merged his soul with Daniel's, granting him enhanced physical abilities and mystical powers. He subsequently adopted the name Brother Voodoo to avenge his brother's death and protect the innocent.
Brother Voodoo's abilities include necromancy, hypnotism, elemental control, and the power to summon and control Loa (spirits). He wields the Staff of Legba, a mystical artifact that amplifies his powers.
